Free Shipping for orders over $180 unless bulky goods shipping applies.
Standard shipping for orders under 5kg and under $180 is a flat $10 fee.
Heavy good shipping (applies to limited stock) for large, bulky or heavy items, a $15 shipping fee will still apply regardless of order price.
Your order will be packed in 1-2 working days, and have a delivery estimate of 3-4 working days. Please note Western Australia and Tasmania may take longer. Delivery times will change at peak times of year - Christmas and Easter.
Please note Terrific Scientific is not responsible for items lost or undelivered while in transit. If you are worried about this please email email@example.com before you order, so we can organise insuring your package. Lost or undelivered items will not be replaced or refunded.
You can choose to pick up at our stores in Annandale, NSW or Summer Hill, NSW, just select this option at checkout. We will take 1-2 working days to pack your order. Once your order is ready we'll send you a notification. Please collect your order within 7 days from notification.

We take great pride in the products we select, brands we work and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us as soon as possible - we need to be notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product and cover your return shipping.
